To help publicise this year's big bonfire night, there is a Crossword Competition, with prizes for winners. Print out and drop at Margaret River Primary School. All the answers are provided on this website. Prizes include free family passes to Leeuwin's Family Concert.

Each year we run several competitions to help publicise our big bonfire night. There are three ways to win dozens of prizes this year!

First, for kids, there's a poster competition. All you have to do is design a poster for the Burning of the Vine Cuttings event. There will be a Kids' Glowlight Pack, with six different kinds of glowlights and glow products, for children in Years Pre-Primary to Seven. Prizes will be presented during bonfire night. Details you'll need to include are the date (Saturday 18th November); starting time (5:30 pm); location (Leeuwin Winery); sponsors' names and some of the attractions. Winners and runners-ups' posters will be on display... .

We need more photos, to enhance our website and use in advertising. Since our big bonfire night began back in 1999, we've awarded prizes of free BOTVC tickets for the best photos taken on the night. This year, we're expanding our Photography Contest, to include BOTVC free family passes in four divisions: best digital photo, best non-digital photo, best short film clip, and best kids digital photo.

Winners will receive free passes to next year's bonfire night. Some great photo opportunities include the bonfire, the fireworks, the five bands, beautiful Leeuwin Estate, groups of kids with glowlights... you get the picture?!
